Roslin sat on the entrance steps, looking out at the people on the street going about their normal lives. She sighed and then saw the little clock on the stand by the door turn the next hour. Rose stood up quickly. She was suppose to practice with Armand at this time, she was sure to be late. She turned to go up the stairs.

Jeanne ran down the stairs at full speed. She was going out for a present for Yves. After helping her try to sing, she wanted to do something nice for him. As she was running, she looked down at her feet to make sure not to trip and suddenly bumped elbows with someone.
"Oh, I'm sorry," she said, looking up to see Rose.

"It's okay, we're all in a hurry today I suppose," Roslin replied with a smile.

Jeanne smiled back. "Yes, but I can be so clumsy," she said with a laugh.

"Perhaps, but not on the stage. You did well last performance," Roslin said. "Shall we walk as we talk?"

"Yes," Jeanne said. "I am happy that I didn't trip last time. I guess I wasn't as nervous." She shrugged.

Roslin smiled. She was glad no one had said anything about her 'new look' yet. Perhaps they thought it was apart of her costume.

"It is odd how Zarek got a part in the opera," Jeanne remarked.

"Perhaps, but I heard him humming the other day, he is quite the hummer!" Roslin joked.

Jeanne laughed. "Yes, and we all know not everyone can hum!" Jeanne joked back.

Roslin smiled as they entered one of the side corridors. "So who was that young man I saw you with at Chase's party?" Rose inquried.

"Young man? Do you mean Yves or Zarek?" Jeanne asked, trying to remember what young man Rose was talking about.
