** In the darkness of the night, where the Operahouse is quiet and the air is thick with the sleep of the dancers, singers, and workers, a slip of paper floats from the rafters, landing on the carpet with a soft pat that seems too loud in the stillness. Erik watches it fall to the ground, and then returns swiftly to his lair, where he is to work on the Opera he is writing. The letter reads a follows: My Dear Opera Populaire Patrons;
It is with great pleasure that I inform you of recent events. The first is that I am almost finished writing you a new Opera. I expect you to perform it and I also expect to choose who plays each part.
The other is that I have noticed a flood of new dancers and singers coming into the Operahouse. This intrigues me greatly, and I expect that they practice often down on the main stage that I may watch from Box Five or the rafters.
Madame Giry, make sure your girls are limber and flexible, for their part in the new Opera is trying to say the least.
Sopranos, prepare your voices. A Masterpiece arrives.
Sincerely, O.G.============================= **Charlotte has been so kind as to make me this letter. Thank you!

Madame Giry picked up the letter and opened in. She didn't look around or even make assumptions. She simply read it then brought it to the Partons.

((I have some information on it now. It is called "Le Roi Amour", or "The King's Lover". I am writing the music now, there are eight songs, and the following are the major parts: the King the King's Betrothed The Stable Hand The Ladies Maid The Courtier Extras (of course) I have no names yet. Nice job with the little wax heads. ))
