Daniella sat on the steps leading up to the Opera Populaire's fabulous doors. the air was sweet with the smell of morning as she stooped over her diary. the hustle and bustle of the city was just starting to accrue, and Daniella kept peering up from her journal from time to time, looking for the mail carrier. For the past three weeks Daniella had been receiving anonymous letters passed to her from the mailman's hands. She was hoping today would be one of those days.
as she wrote, a note slid into her view. She looked up to see Tom (the mailman) walking past her. Daniella was so happy she immediately stood up and ran up the stairs, through the entrance doors, all the way to her dormitory. She pounced upon her bed and ripped the letter open. inside she found the words: "I'm here." with a light pink flower petal. she pressed it to her cheek.

From her perch on the roof, Lynette saw this girls' obvious excitement with the letter she'd received and wondered what it would be like to get mail. Pursued the sketchbook in her hands, and finally light dawned in her mind.
She was holding this girl's sketchbook! She flew from the rooftop down the stairs and out the front door to talk to her, but when she arrived, the girl had disapeared...

((How'd you get her stetch book to the roof? XD)) But La Carlotta was there. "Where are you going in such a hurry?" she exclaimed. "You almost bumped into me, you silly girl!"

((It was from before when I came out of the tunnel you two were in...Daniella had left her sketchbook on the roof! I'm new to this, so let me know if I'm doing it wrong.))
Lynette looked at the lead soprano with something similar to humor in her eyes, although she didn't smile.
"You bumped into me! Maybe you should stop looking at yourself in every mirror you passs by and watch where you're going!" She snorted as she tried to push past

((No, it was Lynette, I think you were in your room... I'm confused. Okay, you were writing on the stairs in the passageway and Lynette got the journal... you got some mail in the front hall, ran to your room, and then Lynette ran downstairs to give you the journal, and she bumped into La Carlotta, and while she didn't apologize, you for some reason did. How about coming back downstairs? And Lynette, it's minor lead soprano now. XD)) La Carlotta stepped in front of her. "Why don't you take your head out of that book first?" She asked, getting angrier by the second.

((This is why I'm so confused in here...too many things going on at once! LOL))
"Why don't you just shut up you dried up old fig!" Lynette said as she pushed past Carlotta into the front entry hall of the house.

Though Carlotta was speechless, she still had a voice. She shrieked twice and stormed after Lynette, though not neccesarily with the same destination.

Lynette heard the screech from behind her, but continued on down the hallway away from the soprano and her drama.

((you guys! oh my gosh! okay when we where (are) down in the secret passage, Lynette went up to the roof, I left my sketch book on the roof by the wall, remember Alyna? so Lynette picked it up. Then i was on the front steps outside of the opera house writing in my journal, i got my letter and ran upstairs. Lynette still on the roof saw me down on the steps and tried to hurry and return my sketch book. but by the time she got there i wasn't there anymore...so the only confusion is if La Carlotta was talking to Daniella or Lynette with your first post.))
Daniella heard distant shrieking but, summed it all up to another Populaire drama.

((Water under the bridge. XD)) Carlotta, left alone in the front hall (for she doesn't walk very quickly), continued toward her room in a huff to prepare for the opera performance that night.
