Finally, Roslin came to a corridor with serval doors. She walked past them all to the dead end. Then she pushed one of the blocks in the wall in and the whole wall pushed away, opening up to a large cave with candals everywhere.

((I take it this is more of a 2004 lair?)) Kristine did not see what the figure in front of her did, but for the second time that night, she let out an audible gasp. the tunnel opened up to a lavish cave-if one could cal a cave lavish-what must have been hundreds of candles provided more than enough lighting to see by. When she stepped through the door she was finally able to get a good look at her guide. She could not see the entire face, but she thought she had a good idea of who it was. "Rose?" she asked quietly

"Come," Roslin replied, as she walked down steps along a ledge that led to the piano. She saw Erik sleeping in his room and closed the curtians as they passed. She would wake him once Kristine was settled..as much as possible atleast.
((yeah, since our Erik is more like that))

(( gotcha, I kind of thought so too, but just thought I'd ask)) As Rose led her through the 'lair' her eyes began to drift over the ornate decor that filled it. Black and crimson curtains covered entrances to what she assumed were other rooms. Kristine had been examining a painting and almost collided with Rose's back when she stopped walking.

"Wait here," Roslin said. Around them was a black, grand piano, a crimson sofa and musical sheets everywhere. Roslin walked back to Erik's room. "She's here." Erik groaned, but his eyes opened. He stood, though he was not as weak as the day before, he said this mind was fuzzy. They extied his room, Erik was partially being supported by his sister. He wore a red robe over his black suit. She didn't look at Kristine as they past her and laid her brother on the sofa.

Kristine could not stop a look of concern crossing her features when she saw Erik leaning on his smaller sister. Kristine opened her mouth, about to ask what was wrong, but when niether of them looked at her when they passed, she tought the better of it. She could not help but allow her eyes to wander over him, amazed that even when he was laying down he could have such a powerful feeling about him. Realizing what she was doing, she looked away quickly and stood, waiting obediently for either of them to speak.

Roslin took off her cloak, exposing her bare shoulders and sat at the piano. "Sing," Erik managed to say, though he voice was weak. Roslin began to play the solo from Act 2 (not written).

Kristine nodded silently, concerned about the weak tone in his voice. But when Rose began the opening bars of the song, Kristine focused on the song. When she began she poured her strength into making it the best she could manage, at the end of the song, Kristine thought she did decently, abiet the small lyrical problem she had.

"Very good, very good," Erik said, nodding his head as if he was gonna fall asleep. But he jerked back awake. "Go over measures 47-55 again." He then commanded.

Kristine nodded, and looked over Rose's shoulder at the score to find the spot that Erik referred to. Rose started a few notes before the beginning of the measure, and Kristine joined in.

"Good, good," Erik said and sat up. The night went on, practicing and practicing. Erik fell asleep when it turned two'o'clock. "Perhaps, practice should be over now," Roslin whispered.

Kristine nodded, her eyes drifting from Rose to the sleeping figure. "That's probably for the best" she replied. As Roslin turned to leave the room Kristine added "if you don't mind me asking, can I ask what's wrong? I don't mean to pry..."

"We had a run in with a murder maniac," Rose simply replied and then began to walked up the stairs toward the passage.

((that would be Alyna by any chance, would it? XD))
Kristine only nodded in response and with one last look back at the now sleeping Erik, started to follow Rose.

(maybe...)
Roslin led them through a different passage, one that led into Kristine's very room. "Rest well," she said, and then she was gone.
