Daniella was at the edge of her seat watching the three, wanting to jump up any time to join them... 'just while Madame is gone' she tried to convince herself , ' just two seconds' she stayed just long enough to see a few more graceful movements around the stage, then made her move. in what seemed only a few steps she reached the stage, took her position and caught up to the overs rather quickly. Even though her feet were now warm with pain she didn't care it would have been torture to return to the seat now...

Jeanne smiled torwards Daniella as she saw her join the dancing. Somehow her steps felt less strained and more fluid as they danced in unison. As she looked around at her companions she saw the best dancers around. They all had an ease and natural talent.

Daniella caught Jeanne's eye and smiled back, infact she couldn't stop herself from smiling. She was DANCING! maybe alittle badly, but still! Dancing was her most favorite thing, pain or no pain.

Erik watched the girls from up above. Smiling evily, he let the note fall and as it touched the ground, laughed slightly. He knew it would scare the corps de ballet.
The Opera has been decided upon. Verdi's Un Ballo in Maschera will be most fitting. There will be auditions held in a weeks time. I want to see how our wonderful singers and dancers hold up. O.G.

Jeanne couldn't help but eye the note. Her dancing became sloppy again and her smile had dropped off her face. She looked over to Meg.

Charlotte almost didn't see the note, but she saw Jeanne falter and then saw it as Meg put it away. She felt a shudder run down her spine, but she clenched her teeth and continued to dance, determined not to show the Phantom that she was afraid.
I'm NOT afraid. She hissed to herself in her mind. Just curious.

Daniella noticed, that there was something that caught the overs eyes, it had to be something big to interrupt these dancers! so, she just happened to swirl over to the table the letter was sitting on and just happened to remember that she was in pain. she sat upon the table to "relax her feet" and stared at the red wax, covered parchment, wanting to open it.
i wonder.. she picked up the note and held it up to the light. trying to see if she could read what was inside.

Jeanne noticed Daniella looking at the letter and tried to catch her eye. She could feel her hands shaking slightly as she danced.

Daniella re-adjusted herself on the table to try a better angle, she looked up for just a split second and had to do a double take. It seemed to her that with every turn Jeanne made in her steps her eyes rested on Daniella...yes she was for certain now, Jeanne was trying to get her attention.. "What?!" she almost mouthed when she thought she had the girls eye, Daniella gazed at Jeanne for some kind of response...

"Can you see what it says?" mouthed Jeanne as she spun.

Charlotte watched Daniella, trying not to tremble. Oh, the Phantom would be so angry...! She looked away, praying that Madame Giry didn't return while Daniella held the letter.
"Please put it down," She begged in a low whisper, biting her lip as she danced.

meg caught on. "I think we should take a break" she said and gestured for the girls to come over. "That red letter is from the phantom, and her could be in this room, trust me, he is terrifying when he's angry"

Daniella was just about to answer Jeanne when Meg called them all over. she flopped herself down on the edge of the stage, "who says he'd be mad? he obviously could see that the Madame was not here..." she paussed slightly and gazed up from where the letter fell, "how do you know he didn't want us to read it?"

Jeanne stopped dancing and walked over to Daniella. In response she shrugged. "Maybe it's safer not seeing what the letter says. It might give us nightmares."
