Philippe saw Alyna gesture for him and walked over to the group of girls.
"Hello, everyone!" he said cheerfully. He pulled the girl next to him forward "I'd like you all to meet someone very special." He paused for a moment, trying to build up the tension. "This is my sister, Marielle Chauvet," he informed them. "She's hoping to get a job here soon."

Yves noticed the change in the girls, as they watched a man dressed as a skeleton. He watched as one of the girls left and the other ran as quickly as she could to where the skeleton once was.
"What is going on?" he asked a blond standing next to him. He recognized her as a singer named Solange.

Roslin stopped walking and turned to see Alyna going up to the balcony. She hoped there wasn't anything besides the rose there for her.
But there was also a short note which simply said "Silence is a virture".

La Carlotta, dressed in white and gold, came over to the group, looking more cheerful than usual. She held an empty glass in her hand. "Come, come," she said, hiccupping between each word. "Don't just stand here, come and dance." ---- Alyna came to the note and rose. Without picking anything up, she read it and learned what she already knew: the Phantom and Rose had met before. She turned around queitly and began to work her way back where she had come, trying not to look at Roslin down below, whose eyes had been watching her for the past few minutes.

"We think that man likes Rose," she said, stuttering slightly in her nervousness about talking to a new person. Solange had her own thoughts about who the person was, but she wasn't letting them out.

"Oooh," said Carlotta, trying to join in on the conversation, and not realizing she wasn't being spoken to. She tried to take a sip out of her empty glass. "Which one?" she peered around the room.

"He's gone," Philippe replied. "He's wearing red."

"Aww --hic," Carlotta sat down. "Then --hic-- there's nothing left --hic-- to see." She put her head on the person next ot her's shoulder and began to snore. ((You have no idea how much fun I'm having!)) ---- Alyna returned to the group, noticing the new faces. "I hope I haven't missed any introductions," she said, the statement mostly directed toward Philippe.

Solange smiled at Alyna's pointedness. "This is Philippe's sister, Marielle," she told her. "She wants to get a job at the Opera, am I correct?" she asked Philippe.

Yves smiled, bowed and kissed Marielle's hand. "Welcome, my name is Yves."

"Do you think the Phantom is here?" Jeanne asked Carlotta.

Alyna curtsied to Marielle. "Welcome to the Opera Populaire," she said. "I'm Alyna, also fairly new. Are you a singer?" ----- Carlotta opened one eye. "If he is, he won't be for long." No one really understood what she meant. Carlotta hiccupped again and fell over sideways as the person she was leaning on stood up. "Someone get me another one of these charming things," she murmured, still sideways, holding up her empty glass.

"Yes," Marielle replied cheerfully. "I'm a mezzo-soprano, to the bain of our mother. She's a fantastic soprano, she taught both Philippe and myself to sing. I also play the piano and the oboe, though. My father taught us both piano, and a man in our village taught me oboe."

((If you're planning on making her a character, you should probably put her in that character descriptions or whatever it's called. I can't remember and am too lazy to check. )) Alyna, making a mental note the Marielle, though she didn't seem to speak often, certainly did have a lot to say. "Multi-talent is very useful," admitted Alyna. "Especially if you're a singer and musician in an opera house." She groaned as Carlotta grabbed onto her dress. "Fill it up, please," she told Alyna, making a basket out of her handful of dress and dropping the cup in it. She let go and the glass shattered on the floor. Carlotta began to snore again. "Whereas a lead singer..." Alyna didn't bother to finish.

Marielle giggled. "Is she the lead singer?" she asked, almost condescendingly.

"One of them," Alyna answered. "We have Kristine also- and of course, since the last opera, Philippe." She sighed as she realized she had insulted someone by mistake again. ((I'll RP some more later, I have to go now.))
